Should I waterproof my brick house?

Only after repairs. A breathable repellent helps exposed walls and chimneys shed rain, but it will not fix cracked joints or bad flashing.

What is the white powder on my brick?

That is efflorescence — salts carried out by moving water. It means water is getting into the wall and should be traced to its source.

How long does masonry sealer last?

Quality silane/siloxane repellents last roughly 5 to 10 years depending on exposure.

Will sealer change how my brick looks?

Breathable penetrating repellents are clear and do not leave a shine. We avoid film-forming coatings that trap moisture.

Can you stop water coming through my basement walls?

We handle the masonry side — cracks, parging, and exterior joints. For hydrostatic pressure we'll tell you when drainage or a basement waterproofing specialist is needed.
