How do I know if my chimney needs a rebuild instead of a repair?

If mortar joints are soft more than an inch deep, bricks are flaking or shifting, or the stack leans, a rebuild above the roofline is usually the lasting fix. Anything shallower is normally a repoint and crown repair.

Will you match my existing brick?

Yes. We source brick by size, color, and texture, and tint mortar to match aged joints so the repair blends with the original stack.

How long does a chimney rebuild take?

Most above-roofline rebuilds take one to three days once staging is set. Crown work and repointing are often a single day.

Can you work in the winter?

We work year-round, using cold-weather mortar admixtures and tenting when temperatures drop. Some full rebuilds are better scheduled for milder weeks and we will tell you plainly if that is the case.

Do you handle leaks that show up inside the house?

Yes. Chimney leaks usually trace back to the crown, flashing, or open joints. We diagnose the entry point before quoting so you are not paying for guesswork.
